Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with DHL Express.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.
All orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the next business day.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?

No. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
All duties and taxes are fully covered by TURN PARIS: no extra fees, no surprises, ever.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs range from 7€ to 30€ depending on the destination. We offer free shipping on all orders over €500. Paris-based customers can choose to pick up their order at our showroom located at 3 rue Chabanais, 75002 Paris.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes. As our pieces are vintage, slight variations are natural. If an item feels misrepresented or the fit isn’t right, we’re here to help.

How does it work?

Email us within 3 days of delivery at contact@turnparis.com.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received and are reviewed case by case.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping costs (and any customs fees if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
