where do you ship?
worldwide, with dhl express.
how fast is delivery?
orders placed monday to friday ship the next business day and arrive within 1–3 business days.
how much does shipping cost?
shipping is free from 2 pieces. otherwise, a flat rate applies depending on your destination (€9 in france, €22 in the european union, £32 in the uk, $39 in the united states, other destinations at checkout). in paris, you can also pick up your order at the salon, 3 rue chabanais, 75002 paris.
will i pay duties or taxes on delivery?
no. we ship ddp (delivered duty paid): all duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout. no extra fees, no surprises.
returns
can i return a TURN collection piece?
yes. email contact@turnparis.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send you a return label. pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with their tags attached. once received, we issue store credit. returns are free in france. outside france, the cost of the return label is deducted from your store credit.
can i return a vintage piece?
due to the unique nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final. before ordering, ask us for detailed measurements or more photos, we are always happy to help. if something feels misrepresented, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will offer a suitable resolution.

how do i choose my size?
product pages mention the model's height and the size she wears. for personal advice, email contact@turnparis.com or message us on whatsapp: we reply within 24 hours, often sooner.
the salon and appointments
can i try pieces on in paris?
yes, at the salon, 3 rue chabanais, 75002 paris, by appointment only. book an appointment online, by instagram message or by email. virtual appointments are also available.
i am only in paris for a few days.

can i privatise the salon?
yes. email contact@turnparis.com with the subject "special request" and all the details, and we will get back to you.
