DUTIES AND TAXES

WE SHIP ON A DDP BASIS, WITH ALL DUTIES AND TAXES COVERED.

MEANING THAT ONCE YOUR PURCHASE IS COMPLETED, THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL FEES, CHARGES, OR SURPRISES.

EVERYTHING IS FULLY COVERED UPFRONT TO ENSURE A SEAMLESS AND TRANSPARENT EXPERIENCE.

 

 

RETURNS

For TURN PARIS collections:

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@turnparis.com to receive store credit.

We kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition, with tags attached and unused. A return shipping label will be provided by us, and be deducted from your store credit.

We offer free returns for the clients based in France. 

For vintage pieces:

Due to the unique nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final.

We encourage you to reach out prior to purchase should you need any additional information we are always happy to provide detailed measurements and further imagery.

If something feels misrepresented, please email us within 48 Hours at contact@turnparis.com. We will review each request with care and offer a suitable resolution.
