DUTIES AND TAXES

WE SHIP ON A DDP BASIS, WITH ALL DUTIES AND TAXES COVERED.

MEANING THAT ONCE YOUR PURCHASE IS COMPLETED, THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL FEES, CHARGES, OR SURPRISES. EVERYTHING IS FULLY COVERED UPFRONT TO ENSURE A SEAMLESS AND TRANSPARENT EXPERIENCE.

RETURNS

For vintage pieces:

AS OUR PIECES ARE VINTAGE, SLIGHT VARIATIONS ARE NORMAL. HOWEVER, IF AN ITEM FEELS MISREPRESENTED OR THE FIT ISN’T RIGHT, WE’RE HAPPY TO HELP.

EMAIL US WITHIN 3 DAYS AT CONTACT@TURNPARIS.COM. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED AND WILL BE REVIEWED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, AS WELL AS ANY CUSTOMS FEES IF APPLICABLE, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

For TURN PARIS collections:

TURN PARIS accepts returns within 14 days from the date of receipt.

To initiate a return, please email contact@turnparis.com with the subject line RETURN and your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

For orders outside the European Union, any import duties or taxes incurred are also at the customer’s expense.

Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging and with all TURN PARIS tags attached.

Returns that are worn, stained, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
