shipping
every order is prepared with care in paris and ships the next business day (orders are processed monday to friday).
we deliver worldwide with dhl express, in 1–3 business days, with tracking from our door to yours.
shipping is on us when you order 2 pieces or more. otherwise, a flat rate applies depending on your destination (€9 in france, €22 in the european union, £32 in the uk, $39 in the united states, other destinations at checkout), always shown before you pay.
paris-based clients can pick up their order at the salon, 3 rue chabanais, 75002 paris.
duties and taxes
all duties and taxes are included. we ship ddp (delivered duty paid): the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no customs fees or surprises on delivery, wherever you are.
returns
TURN collection
email us at contact@turnparis.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send you a return label. pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. once received, we issue store credit.
returns are free for clients based in france. outside france, the cost of the return label is deducted from your store credit.
vintage pieces
due to the unique nature of our vintage pieces, all sales are final.
before ordering, feel free to ask us for detailed measurements and more photos, we are always happy to help.
