TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
LAST UPDATED: JULY 2026
PREAMBLE
These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by TURN with non-professional buyers ("Customer" or "you"), via the website turnparis.com (the "Site"), for any purchase of products offered for sale. Placing an order on the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the Customer.
TURN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of modification, the Terms applicable are those in force on the date of the order.
SECTION 1 - IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER
The Site is published by TURN, a French SARL (société à responsabilité limitée), with share capital of 5,000 euros, with registered office at 3 rue Chabanais, 75002 Paris, France, intra-community VAT number FR21921000550. Email address: contact@turnparis.com.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day it is consulted by the Customer, within the limit of available stock. Each product is accompanied by a description setting out its essential characteristics in accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code. Photographs illustrating the products are not contractually binding and shall not engage TURN's liability. TURN reserves the right to modify the range of products presented on the Site at any time.
SECTION 3 - PRICE
Product prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), exclusive of delivery charges, which are specified before final confirmation of the order. TURN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
The Customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to their cart, then confirms their order after verifying the details and total price of the order. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and serves as proof of the contract of sale. TURN acknowledges receipt of the order by email. TURN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute concerning payment for a previous order, or in the event of suspected fraud.
SECTION 5 - PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Site accepts the payment methods indicated during the ordering process, processed via a secure payment platform. TURN does not retain any of the Customer's banking data. The order is only considered final once payment has been confirmed by the relevant financial institution.
SECTION 6 - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes during the ordering process and run from confirmation of payment. If delivery is delayed by more than thirty days beyond the stated date, the Customer may request cancellation of the sale under the conditions set out in Articles L216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Risk transfers to the Customer at the moment the products are physically handed over to the Customer or to a third party designated by them. The Customer must inspect the delivery upon receipt and report any anomaly under the conditions set by the carrier.
SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty, except, where applicable, for return shipping costs.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (email to contact@turnparis.com or the dedicated form available on the Site) before the fourteen-day period expires. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached, within fourteen days of communicating the decision to withdraw.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Independently of the legal right of withdrawal, TURN may offer specific return or exchange terms, detailed on the dedicated page of the Site. These commercial terms do not replace the legal right of withdrawal but may, where applicable, extend it.
SECTION 9 - LEGAL WARRANTIES
All products sold on the Site benefit as a matter of right, and at no extra cost, from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
Under the legal warranty of conformity, the Customer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to bring a claim and may choose between repair or replacement of the product. Under the warranty against hidden defects, the Customer may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the sale price.
Any claim under these warranties should be sent to contact@turnparis.com.
SECTION 10 - LIABILITY
TURN shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, product unavailability, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strike affecting postal services or means of transport, or in the event of fault by the Customer.
SECTION 11 - PERSONAL DATA
The processing of the Customer's personal data in connection with their order is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy, available at the dedicated address.
SECTION 12 - MEDIATION
In accordance with Articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the French Consumer Code, TURN offers a consumer mediation service. In the event of a dispute not resolved directly with TURN's customer service, the Customer may make free use of the consumer mediator whose contact details will be provided by TURN, or via the European online dispute resolution platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code applicable to consumer Customers, particularly those relating to the competent forum.
SECTION 14 - CONTACT
For any question relating to these Terms or to an order, the Customer may contact TURN at contact@turnparis.com or by mail at the following address: TURN, 3 rue Chabanais, 75002 Paris, France.
